Your day-to-day
- Handle incoming calls, chats and tickets from restaurant partners and customers
- Help with orders, refunds, deliveries and platform-related questions
- Provide friendly, professional and empathetic support across different channels
- Follow quality standards and established response guidelines
- Escalate more complex or sensitive cases when needed
- Support the team with additional project tasks when required
Requirements
Could this be you?
- Fluent Norwegian and good English skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused, professional and empathetic
- Comfortable working across phone, chat and email
- Able to follow procedures while thinking independently when needed
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
