Are you an experienced affordable housing professional who can LEASE, LEAD, and GET THINGS DONE? We want YOU on our team!
Celtic Property Management, LLC is seeking a highly qualified, motivated, and results-driven Assistant Property Manager to join our busy team at Sunrise Vista.
This is a high-energy, fast-paced leasing office, and we need someone who is confident, organized, knowledgeable, and ready to hit the ground running from day one!
This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for an experienced affordable housing professional who knows the ins and outs of HUD and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs, can manage multiple priorities, and understands the importance of leasing, compliance, rent collections, and exceptional resident service.
If you thrive in a busy environment, enjoy working with people, and know how to get results, this could be your next career move!
What You'll Be Doing
- LEASE, LEASE, LEASE! Conduct engaging property tours, follow up with prospects, process applications, and help maintain strong occupancy.
- Manage incoming leasing inquiries, maintain organized waitlists, and follow up with prospective residents.
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals, and resident communications.
- Prepare, process, and maintain accurate HUD and LIHTC certifications, recertifications, and resident files.
- Ensure compliance documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
- Assist with rent collections, delinquency follow-ups, deposits, and required notices.
- Verify income, assets, eligibility, and supporting documentation in accordance with program requirements.
- Support the Property Manager with daily office operations, reporting, occupancy goals, and financial processes.
- Respond professionally to resident concerns and help resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff regarding work orders, unit readiness, and move-in preparations.
- Maintain accurate property records and assist with compliance audits and inspections.
- Uphold Fair Housing requirements, company policies, and excellent customer service standards.
We need someone who can multitask, prioritize, and keep things moving without constant supervision!
