We award more than $800 in cash and prizes, present trophies to both winners, and give the MVP an opportunity to win additional cash, gift cards, or paid time off. We also hold regular team cookouts.

More importantly, we believe in process, structure, and support. Work is dispatched with purpose, communication is clear, and technicians are given the opportunity to remain productive.
