Location: 73rd Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19126
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Additional Information:
Please note that this position requires you to use your personal vehicle to transport clients to their scheduled appointments and other eligible work-related activities. Mileage reimbursement will be provided for eligible work-related travel in accordance with agency policy.

We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Community Participation Support (CPS) Staff / Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to an individual. This role focuses on promoting independence, community engagement, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct one-on-one support in the community
- Assist with daily living and social activities
- Encourage community participation and engagement
- Support the individual in achieving personal goals
- Ensure safety and well-being at all times
- Maintain professional communication with the care team
Qualifications:
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred
- Reliable, patient, and compassionate demeanor
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow care plans and provide structured support
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required.
- Must pass background checks and clearances
