About the Role

One Source Housekeeping Solution is hiring for all housekeeping positions at The Ritz-Carlton in Truckee, CA. Our housekeeping team is essential to delivering a luxury guest experience, keeping guest rooms, public areas, and resort spaces immaculate and responding quickly to guest needs. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented team members who take pride in their work and thrive in a fast-paced resort environment.

Open Positions and Pay

• Inspectors $24.00
• Housekeepers $22.50
• Turndown Attendants $22.50
• House Attendants $22.00
• Public Area Attendants $22.00
• Guest Request Runners $22.00

Pay increase after 90 days!!!!

Key Responsibilities

• Inspectors: Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and brand standards are met; report and follow up on deficiencies and maintenance issues.
• Housekeepers: Clean and prepare guest rooms to luxury standards, including making beds, restocking amenities, and maintaining a safe, organized work cart.
• Turndown Attendants: Provide evening turndown service, refreshing guest rooms and restocking amenities while respecting guest privacy.
• House Attendants: Support the housekeeping team by handling linen and supply distribution, trash and debris removal, and room and floor support tasks.
• Public Area Attendants: Clean and maintain lobbies, restrooms, corridors, and other public areas throughout the resort.
• Guest Request Runners: Promptly deliver requested items to guest rooms (e.g., linens, amenities, and equipment) with a friendly, professional manner.

All positions: Follow safety procedures, handle cleaning chemicals properly, report lost and found items and maintenance concerns, and communicate effectively with the housekeeping office and other departments.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred; luxury hotel or resort experience is a plus
• Inspector candidates: prior housekeeping experience and a strong eye for detail required; supervisory or inspection experience preferred.
• Dependable, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Friendly, professional communication skills with guests and team members.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required in a resort environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, push, and pull for extended periods during a shift.
• Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs as needed for linens, supplies, and equipment.
• Ability to work with cleaning chemicals using proper safety procedures.
