We are actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP), Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCA), Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, reliable support to patients in the following areas:
- Columbia, MO + surrounding areas
- DSP/PCA/HHA/Caregiver - $16.00/hr
- Active MO CNA - $17.00/hr
- *available hours to vary by location.
- Currently looking to staff Part Time Hours up to Full Time Hours* + PRN/Fill-In's with potential to build up additional hours.

Job Responsibilities for CNA/HHA/DSP/PCA's & Caregivers -
- Activities of daily living [ADL's]
- Light housekeeping
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Nail care
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers /use of mechanical lifting devices
- Oral feeding
- Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
- Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication assistance

- This position requires you to visit clients in their individual homes. Given the potential to see multiple clients per day and run errands for clients (such as grocery store, pharmacy, or post office), what is your means of transportation to ensure you can reliably travel between clients' homes and fulfill these responsibilities? written answer

- Please confirm that you understand and are able to meet the following requirements: Drive time and mileage to, from, and between clients’ homes are not reimbursed. Mileage is reimbursed only when transporting a client or completing errands on behalf of a client. The pay rate for this position is $16/hour ($17/hour with an active MO CNA). If you plan to use public transportation, rideshare services (Uber/Lyft), or other non-personal transportation, please confirm that you are able to reliably and punctually travel between client homes and are comfortable proceeding under these terms. written answer
