Salary Range: $25.00-$28.00 per hour based on experience
Schedule: Monday and Friday (On-site office from 8:30AM-5:00PM) and weekend (remote) this position will handle on-call work.

If Yes, Here’s How You Will Contribute to the Team:
As an On-call Intake Coordinator, you serves as the primary liaison between patients and clinical staffs, managing the initial referral process, verifying insurance eligibility, and entering patient data into our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems. You will ensure compliance with government regulations and ensure that adequate staffing is in place to provide high-quality care to our patients. Your role will be essential in supporting the clinical staffs, coordinating patients referral and ensuring smooth operations within the company.
Must Have:
- Minimum of one year of home health, hospice, or healthcare Intake/Scheduling experience.
- High school diploma, GED (bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience).
- Understanding of Home Health or Hospice Intake and clinical staffing.
- Sound knowledge of the Medicare rules and regulations including JCAHO regulation.
- Willing to work beyond normal working hours, weekends, holidays, and/or on other shifts when necessary.
- Capable of handling high call volume.
Nice to Have:
- KanTime EMR experience is a plus.
