Daily Responsibilities:

• Travels to patients homes to provide end of life care
• Provides nursing services to patients and families at end of life that include assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.

Hours for this Position:

• Mon-Fri 12pm-8:30pm

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Active Iowa or Compact License RN in good standing
• 2 years of home health/hospice experience
  
• Reliable car for patient visits
• Able to work independently
• Computer Savvy
