NPD Project Engineer – Taiwan

A well-established cosmetic and beauty packaging trading company with offices in Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, and USA is hiring for the role of NPD Project Engineer based in our Taiwan office.

In this role, you will be responsible for helping to develop cosmetic and beauty packaging products from reviewing component drawings, creating packing specifications and offering technical support to our internal development teams. You will lead the technical project by monitoring all technical aspects of the project, analyze results and taking/suggesting appropriate actions so that agreed project goals will be met.

Experience in SolidWorks (or equivalent CAD software), as is injection moulding, specifically in high volume plastic packaging in the cosmetic and beauty industry is a plus. This role requires a detail minded person with excellent problem solving, communication and negotiation skills as you will be working closely with both internal teams and factories to ensure products meet agreed client specifications as well as quality and regulatory requirements.
