Drive new semiconductor products from prototype to mass production, coordinating backend processes like lithography and molding to meet yield and quality targets.
SILICON BOX is seeking an NPI Engineer to drive new product introductions from prototype through mass production. You will coordinate with R&D, Product Engineering and Quality to ensure manufacturability and robust processes across lithography, wet processes, die prep, PnP, recon, molding and other backend steps.
In this role you will develop process flows, work instructions, FMEA and control plans, support audits, and mentor teams to meet yield, quality and cost targets.
