NPI Project Manager -墨西哥(提華納)

1.Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from RFQ through mass production.
2.Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are achieved on time.
3.Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Tooling, and Supply Chain.
4.Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding project status, technical discussions, and issue resolution.
5.Monitor project risks, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
6.Organize and lead project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items.
7.Coordinate prototype builds, tooling development, sample submissions, and production trials.
8.Ensure APQP activities are completed according to customer requirements.
9.Support PPAP submissions and coordinate engineering changes (ECN/ECR).
10.Track project cost, timing, quality, and customer satisfaction.
11.Work closely with suppliers to ensure tooling, materials, and purchased components are delivered on schedule.
12.Support launch readiness and ensure a smooth transition to mass production.
