1.Review of existing capacity and reuse of existing equipment.
2.Develop the Manufacturing Concept based on the product architecture and requirements, matching it to the state of the art of the production processes and technologies.
3.Perform the following "Project Management" tasks within the scope of the Operations Discipline: 1) Defines operations project targets (financial, scheduling and scope).
4. Responsible for completing the activities within operations, meeting the specific quality, cost and timing requirements as aligned with the Project Manager.
- Coordinates and tracks the launch team and project activities, tracks the project progress, defines corrective measures in case of deviations from the project plan.
5. Regularly align and reports the Operations project status in accordance with the valid tool and process set.
6. Provide Lessons Learned and shares experience between plants.
7. Represent operations/ plant in project, customer and supplier meetings.
8. Support different activities based on project needs.
9. Change Management and problem solving management.
1.Bachelor or above in engineering or related major.
2.3 years or above experience in new product launch in production line or Process experience in Auto electronics industry.
3.Good Oral English will be a plus.
4.Strong communication and coronation ability.
