【工作內容 Responsibilities】

• Handle monthly billing operations, including invoice requests, payment applications, and record maintenance.
• Assist in issuing invoices, managing cashier tasks, and tracking accounts receivable/payable (AR/AP).
• Resolve basic technical or billing issues raised by customers, forwarders, and hubs, while collecting feedback to improve internal processes.
• Streamline billing workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Support expense reimbursement and employee claim consolidation.
