# NRI Relationship Manager – Wealth Management

We are a growing boutique wealth management firm focused on delivering customized, high-conviction investment solutions to High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) and Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients. As part of our strategic expansion, we are strengthening our NRI vertical with a focused approach toward NRI clients and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) – Dubai corridor.
## Job Summary
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and performance-driven NRI Relationship Manager to manage and expand domestic NRI relationships while actively increasing our business presence in the Dubai/GCC segment. The individual in this role will be responsible for client ownership, revenue accountability, and contributing meaningfully to long-term Asset Under Management (AUM) growth.
## Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of NRI clients.
- Acquire new NRI clients aligned with the firm’s growth strategy.
- Drive AUM growth through advisory services across Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), Bonds, Structured Products, Insurance, and other wealth solutions.
- Build and deepen relationships with clients within the GCC – Dubai NRI corridor.
- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and deliver tailored wealth solutions to clients.
- Travel to Dubai and other client locations for business development and relationship management.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and seamless client servicing in coordination with internal teams.
- Contribute to strengthening the firm’s positioning in the NRI wealth segment.
## Qualifications
- 4 – 8 years of experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management managing NRI clients.
- Proven experience handling NRI clients.
- Exposure to the GCC/Dubai NRI market preferred.
- Should have a transferable and active book with significant AUM.
- Strong acquisition mindset with the appetite to scale NRI business.
- Sound understanding of cross-border investment regulations.
- Excellent relationship-building and advisory skills.
## Preferred Skills
- Client acquisition and portfolio management expertise.
- Knowledge of wealth advisory and investment strategies.
- Proficiency in business development within domestic and GCC NRI segments.
- Strong revenue ownership and target orientation.
- Networking capabilities within the HNI/NRI ecosystem.
## Experience
- 4 – 8 Years of relevant experience in wealth management and client management.
## Environment
- Onsite position based in Bangalore, with travel to Dubai and other client locations as needed.
