ICT SOLUTION ENGINEER | BRUSSELS
I’m looking for an experienced ICT Solution Engineer to support a ServiceNow-based business automation project at NATO in Brussels.

Predominantly on-site, with limited flexibility to work remotely from Belgium
Start: Between 15 August and 1 September 2026
Initial contract until: 31 December 2026
Potential extensions into 2027 and 2028
Submission deadline: 16 July
The role will sit across Solution Architecture, ICT Security and Security Accreditation, supporting the Project Manager throughout the implementation of the solution.
I’m looking for someone with:
8+ years’ experience in ICT design and architecture
Strong ICT security architecture experience
Strong experience with security accreditation / approval processes
On-premise and cloud deployment experience
Application integration and data/application solutions
Experience drafting and reviewing technical work packages
Experience producing security documentation, including NFRs, Security Approval/Accreditation Plans, CIS Descriptions and Security Test & Verification Plans
Experience supporting security testing
Strong stakeholder management across infrastructure providers, security authorities, integrators and end users
ServiceNow implementation experience is highly desirable, alongside experience in international, government or high-security environments.
A good understanding of identity and access services, modern software technologies and PRINCE2 would also be highly relevant.
This is not a hands-on ServiceNow Developer role - I’m looking for someone who can operate at the design, architecture, security and accreditation level.
