[NTPM] Maintenance Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role at Nibong Tebal Personal Care Sdn. Bhd. in Parit Buntar, Perak. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, reliability, and safety of machinery. The primary goal is to minimize downtime, reduce equipment failures optimize maintenance processes and improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Cert / Diploma / Degree in Engineering from reputable college / polytechnic / university.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Fresh graduated is encouraged to apply.
• Proficient writing and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Data analytical and problem-solving skill.
• Organizing, planning and execution on task assigned.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions or breakdowns
• Developing, implementing and conducting preventive maintenance schedules and program
• Ensuring that maintenance activities are conducted safely, maintain workplace housekeeping and in
accordance with relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
• Analyzing data and preparing reports.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on engineering projects.
