NTT Data : Software Architect / Tech Lead - International Organization

We're seeking an accomplished Software Architect / Technical Lead to design, lead, and deliver innovative web‑based systems built on Microsoft technologies. You'll collaborate closely with engineers, guide architectural decisions, and ensure projects are delivered with excellence, from concept to deployment. This is a hands‑on leadership role where your technical expertise, problem‑solving skills, and ability to see the big picture will directly shape high‑impact solutions for an international organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define, develop and maintain robust software architectures, including MicroServices, SOA and MVC patterns
• Use UML or other modelling techniques to communicate designs effectively
• Lead integration between web portals and backend ERPs around the organization's business flows
• Ensure secure development practices and proactively identify cybersecurity threats and countermeasures
• Oversee the full project development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with timelines, quality, and business goals
• Document software components, functionality, and architectural decisions

Must-have

• 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture
• 5+ years of experience in defining complex architectures for web-based systems on Microsoft Technologies
• Strong expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks, including .NET, .NET Core, Azure DevOps, Docker & K8
• Solid experience in database design, frameworks and programming languages such as React/Angular, HTML5 and Bootstrap
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and technical thinking skills
• Professional working proficiency in English
