What You'll Do
- Assist residents with daily activities and personal care
- Monitor and record resident vital signs
- Help residents with mobility, positioning, and meals
- Respond to resident needs with compassion and respect
- Work closely with nurses and caregivers to provide quality care
- Help create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment
What You'll Need
- Active Washington Nurse Assistant Registration (NAR)
- Completion of CNA training program and clinicals
- Ability to obtain CNA certification within 120 days of hire
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassion for seniors and commitment to quality care
- Ability to pass required employment screenings
