NURSE CLINIC MANAGER

The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) is seeking a NURSE CLINIC MANAGER in DENTISTRY to be responsible for the management of the Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Clinic in the School of Dentistry. Provides for and manages patient care, administers medication, triages patient phone calls, gives prescriptions per physician orders. Supervises professional, technical and clerical personnel. Maintain a working nursing knowledge of the department's specialty, draft protocols or policies, collect records.

This position is also responsible for the efficient flow of the clinic - from triaging patient care, maintaining sufficient supplies and equipment, training personnel and ensuring that sterile techniques, OSHA requirements and all policies and procedures are followed to maintain compliance.

Annual Salary\: $63,875 - $103,800)
