Nurse (Clinical/Ambulatory)

About the Position: Serve as Nurse (Clinical/Ambulatory) in the Primary Care Clinic at the Andrew Rader Army Health Clinic located at Joint Base-Henderson Hall, Virginia. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 0730-1600. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

Triage and screen walk-in patients to assess the severity of the patient's condition and the need for provider intervention.

Execute or ensure the completion of orders from health care providers.

Report abnormal test results, changes in symptoms, and the need for follow-up.

Assesse post-procedure patients prior to their release from the clinic.

Assist clinic with patient and staff education.
