Nurse (Community Health)
About the Position: This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. This position is located at Winn Army Community Hospital. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.
Independently plans, coordinates, and executes assigned public health nursing programs
Eexercises professional judgment in managing programs, conducting investigations, analyzing data, and implementing interventions.
Supervises, conducts, and/or directs population-based programs
Performs peer review and chart audits to ensure clinical quality and compliance
Tracks and reports workload using Defense Medical Human Resources System internet (DMHRSi).
Maintains clinical competency, licensure, and evidence of ongoing professional development.
Establish short- and long-term program goals, objectives, and measurable outcomes.
Responsible for the comprehensive management, execution, and evaluation of Army Public Health Nursing (APHN) programs.
