Nurse (Consultant)

This position is located in the Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration, headquartered in Rockville, Maryland.

As a(n) Nurse (Consultant), you will: Use clinical and programmatic expertise in leading, developing, monitoring, implementing, and evaluating current or projected complex, interrelated public health programs specifically aimed at improving health care quality for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program and HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB). Develop guidelines, procedures, and tools and provides authoritative recommendations regarding the delivery of health care services and issue of national scope and importance to the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program and HAB. Provide expertise on Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program site visits to assess recipients' clinical quality management programs. Provide technical assistance to Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program recipients to implement a clinical quality management program that aligns with Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program legislation and HAB policy. Serve as a project officer for grants and cooperative agreements with a healthcare or clinical quality management focus.
