Job Details:

• Permanent Position
• Night Shift, 3 12-hour shifts, 8 pm to 8:30 am
• Four weekend shifts per month
• Competitive hourly rate: $44-$49/hr

Qualifications Required:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) certification/license in Colorado (CO).
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 4 or more years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities:

As a Nurse House Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring efficient and effective unit operations, including managing supplies and staffing adjustments as needed.
• Directly supervising nursing team performance of duties.
• Conducting monthly audits and checklists to maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
• Ensuring unit compliance with accreditation and licensing requirements, including reviewing and following up on incident reports.
• Serving as a resource and primary point of contact for clinical questions, policies, and procedures.
• Assisting teammates with patient care responsibilities, including milieu and crisis management.
• Providing direct patient care as necessary.
• Ensuring teammate compliance with competencies, training, and education in conjunction with the nurse educator.
