Nurse/LPN - Full Time

POSITION SUMMARY

The Nurse oversees resident care and develops care plans, while ensuring regulatory compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

• Supervise, train and mentor care staff members on best practices for resident care, including safety protocols and emergency procedures, promoting continued professional development.

• Develop and implement resident care plans in collaboration with other care staff and family members.

• Oversee medication management and ensure proper administration by staff members.

• Collaborate with care staff, other departments, and healthcare providers addressing residents’ needs.

• Conduct regular assessments of residents’ needs and assist in adjusting care plans accordingly.

• Handle inquiries and concerns from residents and their families, providing support and guidance as needed.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines related to resident care.

• Stay informed about senior care advancements and implement relevant improvements.

• Foster a positive and supportive work environment for staff members, encouraging teamwork.
