Position Details

• Position: Night Shift Nurse (LPN or RN)
• Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time
• Hours: 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
• Location: Hamilton Grove, New Carlisle, Indiana

Scheduling Requirements: Weekday availability is required, along with working every other holiday. Occasional weekend coverage may be needed based on resident care needs.

Competitive Pay

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $31.21–$32.42 per hour, plus $3.00/hr night shift differential

Registered Nurse (RN): $35.80–$40.66 per hour, plus $3.00/hr night shift differential

As an overnight nurse, you’ll play an essential role in maintaining residents’ health, comfort, and quality of life throughout the night.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing nursing care based on individual resident needs and established care plans
• Monitoring residents and responding appropriately to changes in condition
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Communicating resident updates and care needs to the appropriate members of the interdisciplinary team
• Completing accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Promoting a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment
• Supporting residents’ physical and emotional well-being
• Following applicable regulations, nursing standards, and community policies
• Collaborating with team members across the community to support continuity of care

Nurses may be oriented to and asked to provide coverage in both Health Care and Assisted Living. This community-wide approach encourages teamwork, strengthens communication between departments, and helps ensure residents receive the care they need wherever they call home within our community.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a dependable, compassionate nurse who combines sound clinical judgment with a commitment to resident-centered care.

Required Qualifications

• Current, active Indiana LPN or RN license
• Dependable and professional approach to resident care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to changing resident needs
• Commitment to treating residents with dignity, compassion, and respect

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care, assisted living, memory care, or senior living
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia
• Familiarity with providing care across multiple levels of senior living
