Position Details

• Position: Part-Time Nurse (LPN or RN)
• Schedule: Day shift, 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
• Care Settings: Memory care, long-term care, and assisted living
• Location: New Carlisle, Indiana

Competitive Pay

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $31.21–$35.45 per hour

Registered Nurse (RN): $35.80–$40.66 per hour

What You'll Do

As a member of our nursing team, you’ll help ensure residents receive safe, attentive, and individualized care throughout the day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing residents and recognizing changes in their health or condition
• Administering medications and treatments according to established care plans
• Providing nursing services tailored to each resident’s needs
• Communicating with physicians, families, and other members of the care team
• Maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Following nursing standards, community policies, and regulatory requirements
• Promoting a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
• Supporting residents’ emotional, social, and physical well-being

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for a nurse who combines sound clinical judgment with a compassionate, resident-first approach.

Required Qualifications

• Current Indiana LPN or RN license
• Dependability, accountability, and strong communication skills
• A commitment to providing quality, resident-centered care
• Ability to collaborate effectively with residents, families, and coworkers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care, senior living, or memory care
• Familiarity with the needs of older adults living with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease
