Nurse Manager

The Nurse Manager is responsible for the operational management of the assigned Nursing Unit in collaboration with physician leadership. The Nurse Manager provides clinical and administrative leadership for the Medicine – 7W Unit. The position requires medical/surgical experience. Participates in the strategic planning for the department. The Nurse Manager manages the activities of the Medicine 7W Unit and ensures all operations are in compliance with clinical guidelines. Has accountability for nursing services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
