seeking a full-time Nurse Manager to join their Medical/Surgical
department. Details are below!
Pay: $106,412.80 - $157,684.80/Year (dependent on
experience)
Nurse Manager Opportunity:
- Maintains the standards of
nursing care and implements the policies and procedures of the hospital
and nursing department
- Works collaboratively with
health care team to assure patients receive nursing care that is evidenced
based and allows for optimal patient outcomes
- Maintains clinical competency
and expertise in Medical Surgical patient care, and ensures staff
maintains clinical competency in care of the Medical Surgical patient
- Reviews and revises
departmental policies and procedures as needed to maintain quality
- Responsible for coordination
and planning of the orientation of new staff, creates staff schedules and
revises staffing patterns as necessary
Nurse Manager Qualifications:
- Licensed Registered Nurse in
the state of Minnesota or ability to obtain prior to hire
- Previous Medical/Surgical
experience required
- Minimum 1 year of experience
in a formal leadership role (e.g. charge nurse, team lead, assistant
manager, nurse manager)
