Nurse Manager
Job Responsibilities
Provide clinical and professional leadership for nursing and care services across Senior Care Centres and related programmes.
Ensure compliance with professional standards, clinical protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Develop, implement, and review nursing policies, SOPs, and clinical guidelines.
Lead, supervise, and develop Staff Nurses and care staff through coaching and performance management.
Plan and manage nursing manpower, deployment, and rostering to ensure adequate service coverage.
Drive quality improvement initiatives, including audits, incident reviews, and risk management.
Work closely with doctors, allied health professionals, social workers, and operations teams to deliver integrated care.
Support the effective use of clinical and digital systems for documentation and care planning.
Requirements
Registered Nurse with valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration.
At least 7 years of relevant nursing experience, including supervisory or leadership roles.
Strong clinical knowledge in geriatric care, chronic disease management, and dementia care.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop nursing and care teams.
Good understanding of Singapore’s healthcare and community care regulatory environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
