Position Summary

IBCC is seeking an experienced and collaborative Director of Nursing to provide leadership for all nursing services across our organization. This position oversees clinical nursing operations, nursing staff development, regulatory compliance, quality improvement initiatives, and patient safety while partnering closely with medical providers and operational leadership to ensure exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate is an experienced nursing leader who thrives in a fast-paced ambulatory care environment and is passionate about serving underserved populations.

What We're Looking For

· Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing operations across multiple clinic locations.

· Supervise and mentor Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, and other nursing staff.

· Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and nursing workflows.

· Ensure compliance with HRSA, NCQA PCMH, OSHA, HIPAA, California Board of Registered Nursing regulations, and other applicable standards.

· Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

· Oversee nursing orientation, annual competencies, staff education, and professional development.

· Collaborate with providers, operations, quality, behavioral health, and executive leadership to improve clinical outcomes and patient experience.

· Support infection prevention, emergency preparedness, vaccine program oversight, and clinical regulatory readiness.

· Monitor nursing performance metrics and identify opportunities for operational excellence.
