Job Scope:

• Oversee nursing operations and resident care standards
• Lead, supervise and develop nursing and care teams
• Manage manpower planning, rostering and staff performance
• Ensure compliance with nursing policies and clinical standards
• Handle clinical incidents, audits and quality improvement initiatives
• Work with management to improve nursing service delivery

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Nursing
• Valid SNB registration
• Relevant nursing leadership or management experience
