Nurse Manager (Specialist Outpatient Clinic, Office Hours) #HDC1

A leading healthcare institution is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead the nursing team in its specialist outpatient clinics. You will ensure safe, patient-centred care, strong clinical standards and smooth day-to-day clinic operations in a stable, office-hours environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, supervise and develop the nursing team across the specialist outpatient clinics
• Oversee daily clinic operations, patient flow and manpower deployment to meet service demands
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, infection control and patient safety requirements
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and monitor key clinical and service indicators
• Manage incident reporting, investigation and service recovery with relevant stakeholders
• Plan rosters, manage leave and ensure an appropriate skills mix for each clinic session
• Mentor and appraise nurses, and identify training and competency development needs
• Work closely with doctors, allied health, operations and administrative teams to improve patient experience
• Support budget planning and efficient use of manpower, consumables and equipment
• Contribute to policy updates, audits and accreditation readiness

What You'll Bring

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing and above, with valid Singapore Nursing Board registration
• At least 8 years of nursing experience, including supervisory or charge nurse experience
• Outpatient, ambulatory, ward or medical-surgical background; advanced nursing qualifications are an advantage
• Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
• Sound judgement in handling escalations and patient feedback
• Familiarity with clinical quality, audit and accreditation processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hospital information systems
