About the Role
Zinance Limited, an Information Technology and Consulting firm providing digital solutions and advisory services, is seeking a Nurse Manager to train existing nursing staff and support the recruitment of additional healthcare personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Set departmental or facility goals and objectives and ensure staff meet them.
- Communicate with staff and department heads.
- Maintain and organise facility records
- Recruit and train nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop work schedules for nurses.
- Ensure the facility complies with current laws and regulations.
- Improve the quality and efficiency of patient care.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work with diverse healthcare professionals and patients.
- Extensive clinical skills relevant to specific units.
- Ability to lead and motivate others.
