Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nurse Practitioner to join our wellness focused team at a new location in Lewis Center, Ohio. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute personalized treatment plans for patients, emphasizing wellness, longevity, and preventive health strategies
- Provide services such as hormone optimization, medical weight management, peptide therapies, nutritional support, and metabolic health assessments
- Conduct comprehensive lifestyle assessments and recommend tailored interventions to improve patient health outcomes
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, evidence-based wellness treatments including hair restoration therapies and other innovative health solutions
- Educate patients on health optimization strategies and support their journey toward improved well-being
- Stay current with advancements in functional medicine, longevity, and preventive healthcare to ensure the highest quality of care
