Nurse Practitioner

The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing care to clients by assessing clients' health status, conducting physical examinations and evaluations, providing treatment, and prescribing medications, recommending follow-up care, and making referrals to appropriate health professionals. The employee will serve as a clinical authority for Independent Medical Group clinics. In addition, the employee will provide health teaching, patient education, counseling, and guidance. The incumbent in this position demonstrates considerable discretion. The Nurse Practitioner works under direct supervision Chief Clinical Officer who provides administrative supervision.
