Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA-C) – Outpatient Pain Management

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Nights, Weekends, or Call
Outpatient Interventional Pain Management
Base Salary: $100,000–$125,000 + Productivity Bonus
Schedule: 8:00am–5:00pm Monday to Friday
Travel: Occasional travel between clinic locations

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing outpatient pain management team. This is a structured, office-based role focused on patient care, education, and collaboration with experienced physicians.

You’ll receive hands-on onboarding, ongoing mentorship, and daily access to physician support in a team-based environment where collaboration is part of the culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform pain-focused histories and physical exams
  • Evaluate and manage acute and chronic pain conditions
  • Develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
  • Provide pre- and post-procedure follow-up care
  • Educate patients on diagnoses, procedures, medications, and treatment expectations
  • Prescribe medications in accordance with state regulations and practice guidelines
  • Document patient visits accurately in the EMR
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, medical assistants, and clinical staff

Your onboarding includes approximately two weeks of side-by-side training focused on:

  • Pain-focused assessments
  • Treatment planning and follow-up care
  • Patient communication and education
  • Workflow and documentation support

Beyond onboarding, supervising physicians remain readily available for:

  • Treatment plan collaboration
  • Guidance on complex patient cases
  • Ongoing mentorship and development

Qualifications

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
  • Active, unrestricted state license
  • National certification required
  • BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS preferred)
