Provides care to patients acting as an assistant to physicians in the clinic following established standards and practices with minimal supervision.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program:
- 3 years Professional nursing experience in a clinic setting
- Texas Registered Nurse license AND Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse recognition through Texas Board of Nursing
- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Designation
