We’re seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant with wound care experience to serve patients in an assisted living facility in Youngstown, OH. There's a full-time and part-time position available.

As a part of our team you will:
• Conduct bedside wound care rounds
• Assess and manage treatment plans for each patient
• Perform dressing changes and medically necessary debridement
• Collaborate with a supportive, high-performing clinical network
Requirements:
• Active NP/PA license in the State of OH
• Prior Wound Care experience
Compensation:
•Annual, full-time salary range: $140,000 – $160,000
