No nights. No weekends. Half-day Fridays!
What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams and medical histories
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with established protocols
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
- Provide patient education and counseling on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in EMR systems
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocol development
