Job Summary

We seek an experienced nurse to manage and train new candidates in a caregiver program, delivering hybrid training modules and supporting overseas training every three months.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the training of fresh candidates in the caregiver program to ensure competency development
• Deliver hybrid training modules effectively to accommodate diverse learning needs
• Coordinate and participate in overseas training sessions every three months to complete training requirements
• Apply nursing expertise to guide and support trainees throughout the program
