well-established nursery and continue building a positive, high-quality
environment for children, families and teams.

ideal for a strong Early Years leader who enjoys developing teams, driving
standards and creating a nursery culture where both children and teams thrive.

The
role:
As Nursery
Manager, you will lead the day-to-day running of the nursery while maintaining
high standards across the setting. You will be responsible for:
- Leading, motivating, and
developing your nursery team
- Ensuring EYFS and safeguarding
compliance
- Building strong parent
partnerships
- Driving occupancy and overall
nursery performance
- Leading Ofsted preparation and
inspections
- Supporting staff development and
wellbeing
- Creating a positive,
professional team culture
This is a
hands-on leadership role where your experience, leadership style, and
decision-making will make a genuine impact every day.
What we’re
looking for:
Essential:
- Full and relevant Level 3
Childcare qualification
- Previous Nursery Management
experience
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and
safeguarding
- Experience leading teams within
Early Years
- Passion for delivering
high-quality childcare and education
Desirable:
- Level 5 qualification in
Childcare, Leadership, or Management
- Experience achieving Good or
Outstanding Ofsted outcomes

Requirements
As Nursery Manager, you will need:- Understand
and ensure that the requirements of the statutory
framework for the EYFS are met throughout the
nursery.
- Ensure
that company policies and procedures are embedded,
applied, and adhered to by all.
- Facilitate
inspections by regulatory bodies and implement any
recommendations.
- Embed
effective key person approach to enable children to form
secure attachments and identify training or development
needs for staff.
- Ensure
that all children receive stimulating and purposeful
experiences, environments and resources which are
appropriate to their age and stage of development.
- Promote
a culture of self-evaluation and reflective practice
throughout the nursery.
- Manage
any complaints or concerns raised in a thorough and timely
manner and inform senior management.
- Maintain
accurate records and accounts relating to children and
staff on EyMan system and on file.
- Understand
and ensure that the requirements of the statutory
framework for the EYFS are met throughout the
nursery.
As
Nursery Manager, you will need:
- Essential:
Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare
qualification
- Essential:
Over 1 year experience in Early Years
- Essential:
Strong knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS
and regulatory requirements
- Essential:
Over 1 year of management experience
- Desirable:
Level 5 qualification in Childcare and/or Management and
Leadership
- Desirable:
Experience of successfully passing an Ofsted inspection at a
Good or Outstanding level
- Right
to work in the UK-Valid Passport or Settled or Pre-Settled
under the EU settlement Scheme.
