As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care and education to our little ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and stimulating environment that fosters children's development.
- Engage children in fun and educational activities, promoting their physical, social, and emotional growth.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with both children and their families.
- Monitor and document children's progress and milestones.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the nursery.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a cohesive team atmosphere.

Requirements
- Experience working with young children is preferred.
- A genuine interest in child development and early years education.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to childcare.
- Relevant qualifications in childcare or early years education are advantageous.
- Current DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
- First Aid and safeguarding training are a plus, but can be provided.
