We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our talented team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and standards of practice
- Assess residents’ health status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, residents, and families
- Supervise and support nursing assistants and other care staff as needed
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation
- Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate care environment
- Ensure residents receive care that respects their dignity and promotes quality of life
What We’re Looking For
- Current LPN or RN license in good standing
- Strong clinical skills with a caring, resident-centered approach
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred, but not required
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical, drug screening including THC, TB testing, and comprehensive background checks (including reference checks and fingerprinting)
Available 8-Hour Shifts
- 1st Shift: 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
- 3rd Shift: 10:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Both full and part-time positions include rotating weekends and holidays. Second and third shift positions include a $0.75/ shift differential.
