Facility: PACE Michigan
Department: Post Acute-Nursing PACE
Schedule: Day | Full-Time
- Assists with procedures ordered by physician and supervised by a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Accommodates patients/participants with tending to personal care, activities of daily living and transfers/transport.
- Reports findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
- Assists with keeping patients/participants rooms clean and orderly.
- Monitors patients/participants environment for safety hazards and emergency situations and initiates corrective action as appropriate, as needed.
- Required Credential(s):
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Certified Nurse Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Credentialed from the Alabama Certified Nurse Aid Registry
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. *Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
