Nursing Assistant

• Basic Patient Care – Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  

• Feeding Assistance – Help patients eat and drink, monitor intake.
  

• Mobility Support – Help patients move, walk, transfer between bed and wheelchair.
  

• Vital Signs Monitoring – Check and report temperature, pulse, blood pressure, etc.
  

• Bed Making & Cleanliness – Maintain clean and comfortable patient environments.
  

• Patient Observation – Report changes in patient condition to nurses.
  

• Emotional Support – Provide comfort and companionship to patients.
  

• Medical Equipment Assistance – Help set up and clean basic equipment (e.g., bedpans, wheelchairs).
  

• Documentation – Record basic care activities and intake/output if required.
  

• Transport Assistance – Accompany or transport patients for tests or procedures.
