Nursing Assistant
Basic Patient Care – Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Feeding Assistance – Help patients eat and drink, monitor intake.
Mobility Support – Help patients move, walk, transfer between bed and wheelchair.
Vital Signs Monitoring – Check and report temperature, pulse, blood pressure, etc.
Bed Making & Cleanliness – Maintain clean and comfortable patient environments.
Patient Observation – Report changes in patient condition to nurses.
Emotional Support – Provide comfort and companionship to patients.
Medical Equipment Assistance – Help set up and clean basic equipment (e.g., bedpans, wheelchairs).
Documentation – Record basic care activities and intake/output if required.
Transport Assistance – Accompany or transport patients for tests or procedures.
