• Assume responsibility for management and direction of inpatient nursing service units and accountability for patient care delivery environment of assigned areas.
• Manage human and fiscal resources allocated to assigned areas.
• Establish and implement standards of practice that comply with regulatory agencies, overall direction, goals, budgets and quality of service.
• Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.
