Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Educator to design, deliver, and oversee orientation and training programs for nursing staff, ensuring high standards of clinical practice and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement orientation programs for new nursing staff
- Plan and conduct in-service training and continuing education sessions
- Assess training needs and create educational materials and workshops
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and update content as needed
- Mentor and guide nursing staff to enhance clinical competencies
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and clinical standards
- Maintain records of training activities, certifications, and staff competencies
- Collaborate with nursing leadership to improve patient care and staff performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or Nursing Education
- Valid nursing license in Libya
- 3+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a teaching or training role
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and nursing best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Preferred:
- Certification in Nursing Education or Clinical Teaching
- Experience in hospital staff development and competency assessment
