Mount Carmel Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a full-time Nursing Staff Scheduler to join our exceptional team. In this important role, you'll work closely with the Director of Nursing Services to coordinate nursing schedules, maintain staffing coverage, and support the day-to-day operations of our nursing department.

Schedule

Monday through Friday | 7:15 AM - 3:15 PM 37.5 hours per week

• What You'll Do;
• Develop and post nursing staff schedules at least two weeks in advance
• Monitor staffing needs and notify the Director of Nursing Services of shortages
• Secure replacement staff and update schedules as needed
• Maintain staffing boards and communicate staffing changes
• Coordinate contract staffing when necessary
• Manage Central Supply
• Provide administrative support to the nursing leadership team
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

What We're Looking For;

• Current LNA License required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year of scheduling experience, preferably in a long-term care or healthcare setting
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with OnShift preferred, but training will be provided
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented
• Ability to interact professionally with residents, families, staff, vendors, and visitors
