Position Details
- Role\: Community Personal Support Worker (PSW)
- Type\: Temporary (January - April; flexible start/end dates)
- Schedule\: Sundays, days and evenings
- Setting\: Clients’ homes within your assigned community area
What You’ll Learn and Experience
- Provide compassionate assistance with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Support safe mobility, transfers, and simple exercises based on client care plans
- Assist with daily living tasks such as meal prep and light housekeeping
- Observe, document, and report changes in client condition
- Encourage client independence, comfort, dignity, and safety
Travel between client homes in the Hamilton & Burlington area
