Nursing Supervisor – Labor & Delivery – Full-time

• Work location\: Texas Health Southwest, 6100 Harris Parkway, Fort Worth, TX 76132
• Mother friendly designated, a Texas 10-Step designated, and a Magnet designated facility
• Work hours\: Full Time Nights (6\:45AM-7\:15PM) for 36 hours/week, with Weekend and holiday coverage as needed (combination of staffing/Charge RN and some administrative time)

Labor & Delivery Department highlights\:

· Self-Scheduling that helps with work/life balance as well as opportunities for educational and career growth

• Mother friendly designated, a Texas 10-Step designated, and a Magnet designated facility

· Expanded Labor & Delivery Unit to a 15-bed LDR and 3 OR suites

· Separate 26-bed Mother/Baby area and a 16-bed Level III NICU

· We average 270 to 300 deliveries a month

· Maternal Level III Designation

· Participating in Team Birth and CHAMPS breastfeeding initiative
